Supervision
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision aims to enhance professional development of professional counsellors and promote the well-being of both the counsellor and their clients. The supervision relationship is based on trust and mutual respect.
I create a safe, secure space to enable counsellors to, explore ideas, to discuss theoretical concepts to enhance their understanding and manage any safe guarding risks. I will support you to manage your case load, monitor your practise and support both your professional and personal development.
Restorative Supervision
Restorative supervision is a type of supervision that aims to support and challenge the individual when coping with difficult and stressful situations.
I encourage focus on the professionals own capacity to think and make decisions.
It can help each staff member to reflect on their own contribution to the situations they face and aid clarity of thought.
